Listen, support, empower and transform
Supporting and listening to others have always been strengths I possessed. When I realized my ability to connect with and motivate others I gained a sense of clarity in regards to my purpose in life. I've been a therapist for over four years, starting off working with families in the foster care system and volunteering for a suicide crisis hotline. I eventually began interning for a shelter that worked with women who had a history of sex trafficking and struggled with substance abuse. I practice from a trauma informed and solution-focused perspective, working with clients to create an authentic therapeutic non-judgmental relationship in an effort to help you learn to assess the correlation between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to gain a deeper insight into the problem. Silence can be one's own mental prison, so my goal is to give clients a safe environment to open up and support you through your journey of healing and finding your purpose in life.
